“ Basically, the location did it's job and provided me with a much needed shot of caffeine. The service was okay, a bit distracted, but it is what it is. The coffee was decent enough and ultimately, the location did it's task. ”
“ A great place to rest your weary feet while walking the strip. Service was great and they had a fair amount of seating. It's at the front of the cosmo, so you can people watch the strip. ”
“ This place is pretty big and clean. We were greeted right away upon entering, but it's pretty busy in the morning. I ended up placing a mobile order while waiting in line. That ended up being faster than waiting in line. It's a lot bigger inside than I originally thought. Past the bar where you pick up your drinks, there was a whole other room where you can sit and enjoy your drink. My drinks came out quick and just like I ordered it. ”
“ Mobile order is the only way to go at this location within the Cosmopolitan. If you order via the app the minute you enter the store it's a short wait with quite a bit of seating, but if you choose to get in line it's such a busy location that you won't even get to the front of the line by the time the drink ordered from the app is ready. My drinks the two days we visited were always perfect and came out quickly (including the bottled water, which usually is an afterthought). The service was helpful (I could easily hear my name called) and it had a much better design than the Bellagio location. All in all, we loved this Vegas location of Starbucks! ”

“ On my way to the ARTE Museum on a Thursday evening, through the Cosmopolitan hotel and casino, I stopped into the Starbucks. This Starbucks location is on Las Vegas Blvd and Harmon, located in the Cosmopolitan. There is plenty of table seating available. It wasn't too busy either when I stopped by around 6:00 P.M! All of the tables were clean! I wanted to get a hot chocolate with whipped cream. The service at this location was fast! The team members were friendly when I placed my order and when I was picking up my drink. The hot chocolate was delicious! I'd stop by this location again if I wanted to grab a quick bite to eat or a drink while walking around Las Vegas Blvd. ”
“ The line was out the door in the morning, but the line moved at a pretty good pace. There are two registers which limits how fast they can process orders, but the baristas are working like crazy! Plus, you'd think that they'd be a bit crabby, but no! The one that took my order greeted me with a smile. My coffee order was perfect also! Line was longer when I left. I did notice a mobile order counter. Maybe that's the way to go next time! ”
“ We ordered Starbucks mobile pickup every morning of our 6 day stay at the Cosmo. First off, this service is fantastic because you avoid the crazy lines! No complaints, and in fact I enjoyed the consistency of pricing and service even if the face of other more popular breakfast options. One observation - my iced coffee had a distinctly different flavor every day despite the same order. Other than that, great service and product from Starbucks! ”
